Top New Features

  • The MVP One Dashboard Now Supports Custom Reporting Widgets.
  • The Licensing Page has received a major UI revamp to better display usage information for User licenses, Report Schedules, API usage, and more.
  • For a better experience, the Administration Menu has been moved to the top-right corner.
  • To the Company Settings, a new option called Default Languages was added.
  • The Reporting Module has been added to Enterprise.

General

Administration

  • For a better experience, the Administration Menu has been moved to the top-right corner.
  • The Licensing Page has received a major UI revamp to better display usage information for User licenses, Report Schedules, API usage, and more.
  • To the Company Settings, a new option called Default Languages was added.
  • IP tracking was added for Mobile Devices in the Administration Logs.
  • A new Administration option called OPC Connector has been added to assist with OPC Certificate expirations.
  • A new column called "Last Sync Time" was added to the Mobile Devices grid.
  • We removed the Report List  Option for Requestor, Customer, and TPM Users who cannot access Reports, to help prevent confusion on user permissions.

Enterprise

Reporting

  • All Audit and Deleted-type reports will be migrated to the Reporting Module to enhance the experience and allow users to export Custom Field data.

  • A new Reporting API has been added to Enterprise. This API will specifically pull Part Transaction information.
  • A PR Attachment API was added.
  • The Purchase Order Closed Webhook will now capture Purchase Orders that were cancelled.

General

  • Resolved issue where Texted HEIC/HEIF Attachments could not be uploaded as an attachment Via Android Mobile Browser.
  • Corrected issue where users could incorrectly copy and paste HTML components into Huddle.
  • Resolved issue where Expense Class would not display correctly in all Work Order alerts.

Accounting

  • Corrected the issue where the Asset Budget alerts would only trigger within a certain threshold.

Administration

  • Corrected the issue where importing an Asset record with a status that does not exist would save incorrect values.
  • Corrected issue where whenever multiple custom fields are created, and a pick list field is created and moved to the top, other custom fields will disappear from MVP and the order of the fields is thrown out of order. This was also reflected in the work order records.
  • Resolved issue where  Timezone settings would cause errors when attempting to mark Assets as Down.
  • Resolved issue where the "Update PM Dates When An Asset is Reactivated?" setting was not functioning.

Enterprise

  • Resolved issue where the picture quality of synced records would incorrectly be degraded.

Purchasing

  • Resolved issue where MFR and MFR ID would not autofill when adding a Service Line Item to a Purchasing record.
  • Corrected issue where the Close Filtered action would not close Purchase Orders with the status of Canceled.
  • Resolved the issue where using the "Remove Purchase Part" action would incorrectly multiply the Part Quantity on hand.
  • Resolved the visual issue where the pop-up window for editing a Purchasing record Line Item would extend past the side menu.
  • Resolved issue where the Total Cost column in the Purchase Request list view was displaying incorrectly.
  • Correct issue where the Purchase Order Invoice total would not respect Vendor Currencies.

Reporting Module

  • Resolved issue where the Reporting Module Report Preview page would resize incorrectly.
  • Resolved issue where Reporting Module Reports would export with incorrect data types in the cells.

Work

  • Corrected the issue where the Work Order Work Priority filter would not pull data correctly.
  • Resolved issue where users were unable to delete attachments from PdMs.
  • Resolved issue where users were unable to add multiple Assets to a Meter on PMs.
  • Resolved issue where information would not autofill on Work Orders if an Asset was chosen via the Asset Tree button.
  • Resolved issue where users were unable to reorder Work Order instructions while editing a Work Order.

  • Resolved issue where an error is thrown when approving a WR and generating into a WO
  • Corrected issue where users were unable to batch edit Custom Fields within the list view
  • Resolved issue where users entering Actual labor with a decimal place would not automatically fill in the Start Time for the labor
  • Resolved issue where My Reports (Legacy) Select All column option would break the report
