The Mobile Devices page lists the devices registered to MVP One. From this page Mobile Devices can be removed, inactivated, or renamed. This page can also be used to verify the number of available barcode licenses.

This page can be accessed by selecting Administration and then selecting Mobile Devices.

 

 

Mobile Device Fields and Actions

 

 

Fields

Device ID: This ID is the unique identifier used to identify a mobile device.

Description: This is the description of a mobile device that can usually be edited from the device's "About" Settings. This will enable you to assign a distinctive name to your device. This feature is only be available for Android devices that are on the current MVP One Mobile App, and the new MVP One Mobile Beta, and Apple Devices on the new MVP One Mobile Beta.

MVP One Mobile Version: This displays the version number of the MVP One Mobile App that the device is running.

Last Online User: This will display the last user who logged into the MVP One Mobile App on this device. Currently, this field will only populate if you are using the MVP One Mobile Beta.

Last Sync Time: This field will display the last date and time that this device was synced with MVP One. 

 

 

Actions

Checkmark: This can be used to activate or inactivate the device. 

Red X: This can be used to remove the device from the Device List. This will then free up a license to be used.

Edit: This can be used to edit the "Description" field for the selected device. 

 

 

 

Reviewing Mobile License Usage

Use the following steps to review the number of available mobile licenses when logged in as an admin user:

1. Select Administration.
2. Select Licenses.
3. Review the number of available Licenses.
4. Select Administration again.
5. Select Mobile Devices.
6. Count the number of registered devices and compare it against the number on the Licenses page.
