The Logs section is accessible to MVP Admins and provides a DateTime record of all Logins and Log offs, setting changes, errors, and Webhook Logs. Please note that this will not include a record of Mobile Device Logs.

Please note that MVP One will also track the IP addresses of logged in Users. This can help identify where users are logging in from.

To review the MVP One Logs page use the following steps:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Logs.
  3. Select MVP One Logs.

 

 

Web Hook Logs

 

To review the Web Hook Logs page use the following steps:

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Logs.
