The Data Analysis Widget allows users to add Reporting information to the MVP One Dashboard. There will be several report templates that users can choose from.

The reporting data will then be displayed in graph format on the dashboard. 

 

Use the following steps to add a Data Analysis Widget:

1. Select the plus symbol from the Dashboard.
2. Under the Data Analysis section select "Analytics - Custom."
3. Select Add Widget. 

 

Use the following steps to set up the Data Analysis Widget:

1. Enter Title for widget.
2. Select the Report ID to appear on this widget.
3. Enter report parameters.
4. Select OK.

 

 

Report Templates

• Inventory Value
  • This widget displays how the total inventory value on the site has changed over time.
• MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
  • This widget displays how the MTBF on the site has changed over time.
• MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
  • This widget displays how the MTTR on the site has changed over time.
• Overdue PMs
  • This widgets displays how the number of overdue PMs on the site has changed over time.
• PM Completion (Asset)
  
  • This widget displays how PM Completion rates have changed over time.
• PM Compliance
  • This widget displays how PM Compliance rates have changed over time.
• WO Backlog
  • This widget displays the number of past due WOs on the site and how that number has changed over time.
• Work Costs
  
  • This widget displays and compares the work costs of different departments and work types.
