MVP One's Support Portal is a feature that allows users to access additional information about MVP One's future enhancements, as well as details on their support cases.

 

Please get in touch with your account executive or MVP One Technical Support if you are interested in adding this feature to your site. 

 

 

How to Access the Support Portal

Once this feature has been added to a user's site, their role must be updated to grant access.

 

Use the following steps to update the role:

1. Select Administration.
2. Select Roles.
3. Select the Support Portal category.
4. In the Cases dropdown, select either My Cases or Site Cases. 
   • My Cases will display only the currently logged-in user's cases. This will include all cases they have sent to MVP One support.
   • Site cases will display every case sent to MVP One Support from any user on the site.
5. Save Role.

 

Once a user's role has been updated, they will be able to access the Support Portal.

 

Use the following steps to access the Support Portal:

1. Select the User icon.
2. Select Support Portal.
3. Select Roadmap or Cases at the top of the Knowledge Base page.

 

 

 

 

Roadmap

The Roadmap section will provide more information on future enhancements to be added to MVP One. This is designed to provide MVP One users with information on the overall product development strategy of MVP One.

 

This roadmap is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. It is not a commitment to deliver any material, code, or functionality.

 

 

Enhancement Categories

In Progress: These feedback items are actively being worked on and will likely be added soon.

Planned: These feedback items are planned for a future release.

Under Review: These feedback items are still being reviewed by our team to determine if they would be a beneficial addition to MVP One. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cases

The cases section will provide a list of cases that have been submitted to MVP One's support team. Depending on your role setup, this will show all cases submitted by users from a specific site, or only cases submitted by the logged in user.

 

Case Type: This dropdown will allow users to sort the displayed cases by their case type. This includes Support, Enhancement Request, Bug, or Report cases. 

Create Case: Select this action to open a form that will allow you to submit a new case to MVP One's Support team.
