This article provides information on Report Lists and how to create them. These Lists can be used to restrict User access to reports.

Report Lists are created in order to restrict users' access to reports. Report Lists must be created before they can be linked to users.
 
Report Lists are created using the following steps:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Report Lists.
  3. Select New.
  4. Enter a Report List ID.
  5. Check the boxes next to the reports that users should have access to.
    • Select "Has Access" to check the boxes for all reports.
  6. Select Save.

 

Use the following steps to link a Report List to a user:

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Select a User.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Report List ID dropdown and select the Report List.
  6. Select Save.
