Want to edit the Subject or body of an alert? The subject and body of an alert can be edited and customized. Additional information can be added via the Merge Fields. Work Order Alerts Any of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. Work Orders - Assigned to Me (All) System Alert This Alert will notify Users when a Work Order created from a PM/PdM is assigned to the User logged in. Work Orders - Assigned to Me (User) Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Order created by the system (PM/PdM) is assigned to the logged-in user in the system. Work Orders - Check Out Alert This alert will notify users when a Part has been checked out to a Work Order. Work Orders - Comment Added Alert This alert will notify users when a comment has been added to a Work Order. Work Orders - Completed Alert This Alert will notify the Users when a Work Order has been completed in the system. Work Orders - Created (System) Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Order has been created by the system (PM/PdM). Work Orders - Created (User) Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Order has been created by a user. Work Orders - Estimated To Me Alert This alert will notify users when estimated labor has been added to a Work Order for the User that added the Alert. Work Orders - In Process Alert This Alert will notify Users when a Work Order Status changes to In Process. Work Orders - Labor Entered Alert This alert will notify users when labor is added to a Work Orders. Work Orders - Meter Readings Alert This alert is to notify the user when a reading has been entered into a meter on a Work Order. Work Orders - On Hold Alert This Alert will notify Users when a Work Order Status is updated to On Hold. Parts Received to WO Alert Users can use Alerts to receive notifications of Parts received to WOs. Work Orders - Return Alert This alert will notify users when a part has been returned to inventory from a Work Order. Work Orders- Status Change Alert Users can use Alerts to receive notifications on their Work Orders when the Status is changed. Work Request Alerts Click to Zoom Any of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. Work Requests - Approval RequiredAlert This alert will notify users when a Work Request requires their approval. Work Requests - Approved Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Request has been approved in the system. Work Requests - Created Alert This alert will notify users when Work Requests have been created in the system. Work Requests - Declined Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Request has been declined in the system. Work Request (WR) Status Change Alert Users can use Alerts to receive notifications on Work Request (WR) status changes. Calibration Alerts Any of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. Calibrations - After Reading (ALL) Alert This alert will notify users when this Calibration After Reading is outside of its min/max. Calibrations - After Reading (This) Alert This alert will notify users when this Calibration After Reading is outside of its min/max. Calibrations - Before Reading (All) Alert This alert will notify users when any Calibration Before Reading is outside of its min/max. Calibrations - Before Reading (All) Alert This alert will notify users when any Calibration Before Reading is outside of its min/max. PM Alerts Any of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. PMs - Created Alert This alert will notify users when a PM has been created. Work Priority Alerts Any of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. Work Priority- New Work Order Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Order has been created with a specific priority. Work Priority- New Work Request Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Request has been created with a specific priority. Work Type Alerts Either of these alerts can be enabled by checking the box next to them in the Alerts menu. Work Type - New Work Order Alert This alert will notify users when a Work Order has been created with a specific Work Type.
