To edit the Subject and Body of an alert: Select a table for an alert you wish to customize (Work orders for example).Select the notification iconSelect Subscribe to AlertsSelect the edit icon next to the Alert you wish to edit.Modify the text and enter additional merged fields if desired.Select "OK." Simple HTML formatting can also be applied. For example, placing text inside <b>bold text</b>, will bold the text.
