InformationTitleLicensesContentContentMVP One uses a licensing structure for Users, Mobile Devices, Report Schedules, File Sizes, Database Sizes, and API Usage. In the Enterprise version of MVP One, the available licenses are shared among all sites. If you would like to increase any of these limits please contact your Account Executive. If you do not know how to contact your Account Executive, please contact MVP Technical Support. Admin users can check the number of available licenses by using the following steps: Select Administration.Select Licenses. License Overview Users: This displays the number of User licenses that have been purchased. Requestors: This displays the number of Requestor licenses that have been purchased. TPM Users: This displays the number of TPM licenses that have been purchased. Report Schedules: This displays the number of Report Schedule licenses that have been purchased, and how many have been used. Mobile CMMS Devices: This displays the number of Mobile CMMS (Legacy) licenses that have been purchased, and how many have been used. MVP One Mobile Devices: This displays the number of MVP One Mobile licenses that have been purchased, and how many have been used. Max Attachment Size: This displays the maximum size of a file that can be attached on the site. MVP Data Connect: This displays the number of PLC Tag licenses that have been purchased, and how many are currently available. Resource Usage Database Storage: This displays the maximum database size of your MVP One site. It also shows how much of the available data has been used. API Usage (24h): This displays how many API's have been used in the last 24 hours. It also displays the maximum amount of API usage per day. API Usage Graph: This graph will display how APIs have been used over a certain time period. Select the date range using the "Dates" dropdown. Login Limit Analysis Login Limit Reached: This shows how many times your site's login limit was reached in the past week. Login Limit Reached Rate: This shows the percentage of days that any user has logged in the past week. Last Time Login Limit Was Reached: This displays the last date that your site's login limit was reached. Login Limit Reached History: This section provides information on all of the instances that your site's login limit was reached. Features This section displays all MVP One features and indicates whether or not that feature is available on your site. If the feature is active, it will be listed as "Available." If the feature is inactive, it will be listed as "Upgrade Required." Please contact your Account Executive if you are interested in adding unavailable features.
