InformationTitleCompany SettingsContentContentTo access MVP's Company Settings use the following steps: Select Administration.Select Settings.Select Company. General Timezone This drop-down allows for Administrators to select the Timezone that applies to their plant. Default Language This setting allows Admins to determine the default language for all new users. This means that when new users log in for the first time, MVP One will be set to this language. Users can adjust Time Zone? If set to "Yes", individual users can set their own personal timezone in their My Profile menu. How often do passwords expire? Using this drop-down, Administrators can choose how often users passwords expire. This will apply to all users. Decimals Displayed for Unit Cost? Using this drop-down administrators can choose how many Units to the right of the decimal place displayed in the Part Unit Cost field. Always use 24 hour time? Using this toggle, Administrators can decide if the site should display the time (in all time fields) in a 24-hour time format. Enable Fuzzy Search Turning this will on will allow you to find relevant search results even when you have misspelled the search terms. A "Fuzzy Search" will search for text that matches a term closely instead of exactly. Region Administrators can use this drop-down to select the region in which their plant is located. Changing the region will change how cost amounts are displayed and the date format (mm-dd-yyyy, dd-mm-yyyy, or yyyy-mm-dd) specific to that region. Please reference the dropdown to see all of the regions that MVP supports. Currency Symbol This setting will determine which Currency symbol will be used in Purchasing. Base Currency This setting will determine which country currency will be used in Purchasing. Email Relay CDG highly recommends site set up the Email relay setting, as it can prevent issues with users not receiving emails from MVP, if being sent internally.
