Report Description: 

The ABC Analysis Report allows users to analyze the existing ABC classifications on their parts, and provides a recommended class based on usage data.

• Balance Account
• Class Based on Cost
• Class Based on Qty
• Current Class
• Expense Account
• Is Active
• Max 
• Min
• Part Description
• Part ID
• Reorder Method
• Reorder Quantity
• Stock?
• Taxable
• Warehouse ID
• Write-Off Account

 

The "Edit Filter" option will allow users to further filter the report's results using a search filter. Reference this article to learn how to create and save search filters.

 

 

Example Reports:

• Create a report to analyze the class of Part records in MVP One. The report can also recommend a class based on both the Cost and Quantity of Part records.
• This report can be further filtered for users to analyze specific types of parts.

 

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the ABC Analysis Template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Select "Edit Filter" to filter the report results. For example to only include "In Stock" Parts use (Stock? - Equal - Stock).
