It should say ( "Add Est. Hours by Clicking Above.") in the box.In the window select the Asset ID. Select the Next Due Date - The next time the PM will come due. Make sure this date represents the first instance of your recurrence pattern. For example if your PM is supposed to be due every February 9th, the Next Due Date should be 2/9. Select the Recurrence Pattern - The system will automatically calculate subsequent Next Due Dates based on the Recurrence Pattern selected. Daily - The PM will generate every set number of days.Weekly - The PM will generate every set number of weeks or on specific days of the week.Monthly - The PM will generate every set number of months and on a specific day of the Month. If the chosen day of the month does not appear during a specific month, the PM will default to generate on the last day of the month. For example if the chosen generation date is the 31st.Yearly - The PM will generate every set number of years and on a specific day of the year. Optional - Completion Window(days) - The system will use the Next Due Date as the Scheduled Start Date on the Work Order, then add your Completion Window, to calculate a Scheduled Finish Date. If the "Generation Next Due Date?" setting is set to Finish, the Completion Window will calculate the Requested/ Scheduled Start Date. Optional- Generation Lead (Days) - Allows Users to Generate PMs in advance of their Next Due Date. The Generation Date or the day which the system or user selects to generate is decided on the PM Asset’s Next Due Date minus the Generation Lead (days) field. If the Generation Date (Next Due Date minus the Generation Lead (Days)) falls within the timeframe of the Generation Frequency from the Work Settings, the PM will still automatically generate.Optional - Downtime (hours) - If the asset needs to be down for any time, estimate the number of downtime hours here.Shadowing - PM Shadowing is a way to suppress a PM from generating. This is used to prevent more Work Orders for the same Asset than is necessary.Last Completed will automatically fill in when a Work Order for this PM is marked Completed. The Number of Times Completed will automatically add when a Work Order for this PM is marked Completed. If the option "Regenerate only if WO is Completed" or "Regenerate X After Work Order is Completed" is selected, the PM will only generate a new Work Order after the current one has been completed.URL NameCreating-a-Calendar-Based-PM
