2. Audit Active vs. Inactive Devices

• Last Login Date

• Last User

How the report is used:

• Identify devices that have not logged in recently.

• Deactivate devices belonging to former employees or unused hardware.

• Reduce security exposure by removing stale device registrations.

• Maintain a clean and accurate mobile device list.

 

3. Troubleshoot Mobile Login or Sync Issues

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
