The Employee Craft and Wage Report displays maintenance users along with their craft and wage information.

1. Validate Craft Assignments for Scheduling and Work Order Planning

How the report is used:

• Ensure technicians are assigned to Work Orders matching their craft.

• Identify users with multiple crafts for flexible scheduling.

• Support planners in selecting the correct labor resources.

• Improve accuracy of craft‑specific labor estimates.

 

2. Review Wage Rates for Budgeting and Cost Allocation

Relevant fields:

• Rate

• OT Rate

• Craft

How the report is used:

• Validate wage rates used in Work Order cost calculations.

• Support budgeting and labor cost forecasting.

• Identify high‑cost crafts or users for financial review.

• Ensure overtime costs are properly accounted for.

 

3. Support Workforce Planning and Craft Coverage Analysis

• Primary

How the report is used:

• Identify gaps in craft coverage (e.g., too few electricians).

• Support hiring or training decisions.

• Review distribution of crafts across departments.

• Ensure adequate staffing for PMs, shutdowns, or seasonal workloads.

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
