Evaluate Technician or Crew Performance Relevant fields: Actual Hours Craft Hours Assigned To Efficiency How the report is used: Compare actual hours worked to estimated craft hours. Identify technicians consistently completing work faster or slower than planned. Support coaching, training, or workload balancing. Improve labor forecasting for future Work Orders. 2. Analyze Scheduling Accuracy Relevant fields: Scheduled Hours Actual Hours Efficiency How the report is used: Identify Work Orders that regularly exceed scheduled hours.
