Report Description: 

The Work Order Efficiency Report will display how efficiently a Work Order was completed based on the Estimated and Scheduled Hours, versus the hours actually worked.

1. Evaluate Technician or Crew Performance

How the report is used:

• Compare actual hours worked to estimated craft hours.

• Identify technicians consistently completing work faster or slower than planned.

• Support coaching, training, or workload balancing.

• Improve labor forecasting for future Work Orders.

 

2. Analyze Scheduling Accuracy

• Efficiency

How the report is used:

• Identify Work Orders that regularly exceed scheduled hours.

• Adjust scheduling practices to better reflect real labor needs.

• Improve coordination with operations to reduce downtime or delays.

• Support planning for PMs, shutdowns, or high‑impact work.

 

3. Identify Work Types with Efficiency Issues

How the report is used:

• Review efficiency trends across PM, corrective, or inspection work.

• Identify work types consistently requiring more labor than estimated.

• Update PM procedures or craft estimates to improve accuracy.

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
