Report Description: 

The Asset Instructions report allows users to view which Asset records have linked Instruction records.

 

 

Report Fields:

• Asset Class
• Asset Description
• Asset ID
• Instruction ID
• Instruction Type
• Is Active
• Template ID

 

The "Edit Filter" option will allow users to further filter the report's results using a search filter. Reference this article to learn how to create and save search filters.

 

 

Example Reports:

• The Asset Instructions report allows you to easily view which Assets or Asset Types have linked Instructions.
• One option would be to set up the report to view a specific Asset Class. For example set the Filter to only include the "EQ" Asset Class. This will show whether any of the Equipment Asset records do not have linked Instructions. 

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the Asset Instructions template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns. 
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results. 
4. Select Save and Run.
