Export Reports are used in MVP One to export data out in specific formats. These reports are generally used in conjunction with the Import Wizard to export out data, edit the data, and import it back in.

Please use the following steps to access MVP One's Export Reports:

1. Select Reporting.
2. Select Reports.
3. Select New.
4. Sort the Report Template list by Template Name.
5. Scroll down to find the Export templates which all begin with the "Export" prefix.
6. Select an Export report template.
7. Select "Save and Run."
8. Enter a Report ID and select OK.
9. Select Share.
10. Select "Export Excel."

These reports are set up to be in the correct format to work with the Import Wizard and therefore should not be further edited if they are being used to import.
