Report Description: 

The Asset Downtime report allows users to view the actual downtime of selected assets. The downtime displayed will vary depending on the dates selected in the report.

The "Edit Filter" option will allow users to further filter the report's results using a search filter. Reference this article to learn how to create and save search filters.

 

 

Example Reports:

• Set up report to displayed downtime for the past year. This will display the amount of Downtime accrued for each Asset record listed.

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the Asset Downtime template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns. 
3. Select Date range.
4. Select Save and Run.
