Down Reasons are required when marking an Asset Down. These help identify the reason for the Down status on an asset. MVP One comes with a series of pre-made Down Reasons but new options can be created by Admins.

 
To create a Down Reason do the following:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Assets.
  4. Select Add above Down Reasons.
  5. Enter Reason Name.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Repeat Steps 4 - 6 as necessary.
