Local administrators can turn on a "Close Confirmation" pop-up that appears when users try to Close Work Orders.
 
Use the following steps to turn on the confirmation message:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Work.
  4. Click the Work Flow tab.
  5. Set the "Close Confirmation" field to "Yes."
  6. Click Save when done.
