Users can use the Search function to access specific records on the MVP Mobile App. This will allow Users to search for and view the information and details of Work Orders, Assets, Parts, Tools, Meters, and Purchase Orders.

The search results on the app are not limited, and all records that fit the search criteria will be displayed. Additionally if the record contains an image on the main MVP One site, it will also appear in the search results.

 

Steps to Search 

To search for a record on the Mobile App use the following steps:

1. Log into the Mobile App.
2. Select Search.
3. Enter in a Search term in the Search field at the top of the page. (This search will look through the Record ID, Name, Description, Comment, and Notes fields).
4. Select your desired record under the Search Results.

 

 

 

Filter Search Results

In order to filter down your search to only look for specific record types use the "Filter" option. This will allow you to check and uncheck the boxes for the record types you want included in the search.

For example, to limit the search results to only include Asset records use the following steps:

1. Select Filter.
2. Uncheck "Select All."
3. Check the box just for "Assets."
