Saved Report Not Displaying the Same For Different Users

For the Saved Reports to display correctly the user must have access to that Report based on their Report List. 
 
If the Report List is Reports_NoAccess, the Saved Report will not work correctly for that user because they do not have access to use the report choices, even those that are saved. 

 

To correct this you can create a Report List that includes access only to the Reports the user needs. Do the following when logged in as a local administrator:
  1. Select Administration ( Bottom Left-Hand Corner).
  2. Select Report List.
  3. Select New.
  4. Enter a Report List ID (no spaces).
  5. Check the boxes next to each Report that should be available for this list.
  6. Select Save when done.

 

Next, you'll need to associate the Report List with that user, do the following:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Navigate to the User.
  4. Select the pencil icon next to their name.
  5. Choose the Report List you just created from the Report List drop-down menu.
  6. Select OK.
