InformationTitleRequired FieldsContentContentCertain fields on Equipment, Location, Repairable Spares, Systems, Parts, Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Line Items, Purchase Requests, Purchase Request Line Items, Work Orders, and Work Requests can be set to "Required". In all cases excluding Work Requests, the required field settings are set by adjusting the Roles. In order to do this, you must be logged in as an Admin user. Once logged use the following steps: 1. Select Administration. 2. Select Roles. 3. Select Edit on the Role you wish to adjust. 4. Go to the Fields Tab. 5. Choose the field setting from the drop-down menu next to each option you wish to change. For Work Requests use the following steps: 1. Select Administration. 2. Select Settings. 3. Select Work. 4.
