InformationTitleRequestorsContentContentRequestor records are created in order to represent employees of your organization that need to request work from the maintenance team. Users who are considered "Requestors" will not be able to perform Work in MVP, but can create Work Requests or Purchase Requests. Creating New Requestor Records To create a new Requestor record use the following steps: Select People.Select Requestors.Select New.Enter a Requestor ID.Enter a First and Last name.Enter any additional optional information.Select Save. How to Fill Out a Requestor Record General Requestor ID: This field is used to represent the name of the Requestor record. First: This field displays the Requestor's first name. Last: This field displays the Requestor's last name. Birthday: This field displays the Requestor's birthdate. Title: This field displays the Requestor's job title. PR Approval: This field is used to link a PR Approval Chain with the Requestor. This Approval Chain will then be linked to any Purchase Requests created by this user. Department: This field is used to link the Department record that the employee belongs to. Cost Center: This field is used to link a Cost Center to the employee. Shift: This field is used to link the Shift record that the employee belongs to. Reports To: This field is used to link the User that this Requestor reports to. Contact Work - The employee's work number.Cell - The employee's cellphone number.Home - The employee's home phone number.Fax - The employee's fax number. Email: This field displays the employee's email address. Notes: This field allows additional notes and information about the Requestor to be displayed. Billing Billable: This field indicates whether or not this Requestor is billable. If set to "Yes" additional Labor and Material billing information can be entered. Labor Markup - This section displays how the Labor cost is marked up depending on who performs the work. This information will then be displayed on WO invoices. Maintenance: This field displays the markup percentage for Labor performed by Maintenance users.Contractor: This field displays the markup percentage for Labor performed by Contractor users. Material Markup - This section displays how the Material cost is marked up depending on who performs the work. This information will then be displayed on WO invoices. Maintenance: This field displays the markup percentage for Material used by Maintenance users.Contractor: This field displays the markup percentage for Material used by Contractor users.
