1. Diagnose Failed Inventory Transactions

Relevant fields:

• Part ID

• Part Quantity

• Stock Location

• Error

How the report is used:

• Identify issues such as insufficient quantity, invalid locations, or missing accounts.

• Review error messages to determine whether the problem is configuration‑related or user‑related.

• Correct inventory records or retrain users as needed.

 

2. Resolve Labor Entry Errors

Relevant fields:

• Labor Hours

• Charge To / Charge To ID

• Error

How the report is used:

• Detect labor entries submitted against closed or invalid Work Orders.

• Identify incorrect labor hour formats or missing required fields.

• Support supervisors in correcting or re‑entering labor.

 

3. Troubleshoot Meter Reading Failures

Relevant fields:

• Meter ID

• Meter Reading

• Error

How the report is used:

• Identify readings lower than previous values or outside acceptable ranges.

• Detect meter configuration issues or missing meter assignments.

• Support reliability teams in maintaining accurate meter data.

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
