This report will allow you to view all of the comments that have been added via the Huddle chat.

• View all comments added to Work Orders, Assets, or other records.

• Track technician notes, supervisor instructions, or clarifications.

• Support troubleshooting by reviewing communication threads.

• Improve visibility into work execution and decision‑making.

 

2. Identify User‑Specific Communication Patterns

How the report is used:

• Review comments added by specific technicians or supervisors.

• Identify users who frequently add clarifications or raise issues.

• Support coaching, training, or workflow improvements.

• Validate that required comments are being entered.

How the report is used:

• Provide auditors with a complete communication history for selected records.

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
