This report allows you to view the Inventory Value on Hand in MVP One for a specific date.

• On Hand Value
• Part ID
• Qty
• Running Total
• Stock Location
• Vendor ID
• Warehouse ID
• Write-Off Account

 

Example Reports: 

1. Perform Period‑End Inventory Valuation

Relevant fields:

• Qty

• On Hand Value

• Running Total

• Balance Account

How the report is used:

• Generate inventory valuation for month‑end or year‑end closing.

• Provide finance with accurate inventory totals for balance sheet reporting.

• Validate inventory balances against accounting records.

2. Analyze Inventory Value by Warehouse or Stock Location

Relevant fields:

• Stock Location

• Warehouse ID

• On Hand Value

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
