The Blanket PO List Report displays all of the Blanket PO records in MVP One.

• Description
• End Date
• Grand Total
• Miscellaneous
• Purchase Limit
• Received Total
• Remaining Amount
• Shipping Total
• Start Date
• State
• Status
• Tax Total
• Vendor ID

1. Monitor Blanket PO Spending and Remaining Balance

Relevant fields:

• Purchase Limit

• Received Total

• Remaining Amount

• Grand Total

How the report is used:

• Track how much of the blanket PO has been consumed.

• Identify blanket POs nearing their spending limit.

• Prevent over‑spending by monitoring remaining balance.

• Support procurement planning and budget forecasting.

 

2. Review Blanket POs Approaching Expiration

Relevant fields:

• Start Date

• End Date

• Status

How the report is used:

• Identify blanket POs nearing their end date.

• Coordinate renewals or renegotiations with vendors.

• Ensure upcoming releases occur before expiration.

• Support contract lifecycle management.

 

3. Validate Vendor Charges and PO Accuracy

Relevant fields:

• Shipping Total

• Tax Total

• Miscellaneous

• Grand Total

How the report is used:

• Review vendor‑related charges for accuracy.

• Identify unexpected shipping or tax costs.

• Validate that miscellaneous charges are legitimate.

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns.
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results.
4. Select Save and Run.
