InformationTitleReplenishment SetupContentContentPart Replenishment Replenishment is used to ensure that a Part always has the desired quantity on hand at the specified Warehouse. Replenishment can be setup based on either the Minimum Quantity that a Part should be allowed to drop to, or a specific Reorder Point quantity. Min/Max The Minimum Quantity is the lowest you would like a part's quantity to fall to in a specific warehouse before it should be reordered. For example if your Minimum is set to 5 and the Part Qty for a Warehouse falls to 4, then reorder will be triggered. The Maximum Quantity is the highest you would like a part's quantity to reach. Therefore this will determine the quantity that is reordered. In the example above, a quantity of 2 would be reordered to reach a Maximum of 6. Reorder Point The Reorder Point is the Quantity that you would like the Reorder of a Part to be triggered at. For example if your Reorder Point is set to 3, then once the Qty falls to 3 or lower the Reorder will be triggered. The Reorder Quantity is the amount that will be included in each Replenishment order. Setup: Select Inventory (From the side menu bar).Select Parts.Navigate to the desired Part.Select Edit.Select the Stock tabIf no Quantity on Hand information (warehouse, stock location) exists, this will need to be added.Select the green plus symbol next to Replenishment.Select the Warehouse and Reorder Method.Select the Min/Max or Reorder Point and Quantity.Ensure the Stock/Non-stock drop-down is selected on the General tab. If the Part is marked Non-stock, it will not be automatically tagged for re-order when the inventory gets low.Fill in other fields if necessary.Select OK.Select Save. If a Warehouse is not listed within the Stock section of a Part but is listed within Replenishment, this counts as having zero quantity on hand and will reorder. URL NameReplenishment-Setup
