The Projection Report is designed to show the Work Orders that are scheduled to be generated from PMs. This allows Users to effectively plan ahead by ensuring that the necessary Labor and Parts will be available to complete the PMs. 

 

Report Location:

My Reports> Work> Projection

 

Running the Report:

The first step in running this report is set to the report's range in the upper right. This will determine how far the report will project into the future, based on the PM's listed next due dates. Users can also select "Use Dates" as an option and then manually set the date range in the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields. 

 

Generation Type

The next key for this report is to select the Generation Type. The two options are Manual or Automatic.

Automatic Generation: The report will project work order generation based on your site's generation settings.

Manual Generation: The report will project work order generation based on the Start and End Date selected. 

 

The rest of the options on this report will allow you to filter it to only include specific types of Work Orders or PMs in the projection. For example if you only want to project for a specific Asset Type, you can select that Asset Type under the related dropdown. 

 

Columns:

Select which Columns will appear on the report by selecting the Column dropdown option, and then checking the boxes for the information you would like to appear.
