The Dashboard is the homepage of the MVP One mobile app. This will be the first screen displayed when logging in and by default will display the Work Orders assigned to the logged in user. Users can navigate back to this screen by selecting "Work" in the bottom left. 

 

My Work Orders

The "My Work Orders" section will be displayed when first logging into the MVP One mobile app. By default this section will display all of the Work Orders that have been assigned to the logged in user. This includes WOs that the user has been added to as Estimated Labor.

However the active WO filter can be changed in the Profile Settings section of the mobile app.  

The Priority field will display the WO's Work Priority, as well as a description of that Priority.

 

 

Sort By - This action will allow users to sort their assigned WOs by Date Created, Priority, Requested Start, Scheduled Start, Status, Weighted Priority or WO ID.

Sync - This action will allow users to re-sync the mobile app to their MVP One site. This will download any newly assigned WOs and remove any that have been unassigned.

 

 

Starting and Editing a Work Order

Start: A user would select the "Start" action when they want to begin work on a WO and want to start calculating Labor and Downtime.

 

Edit: Users can select the arrow in the upper right of the WO to open the WO record. This will then allow them to perform various actions such as editing the WO.
