The MVP One Mobile App Settings page is used to manage which site your app is connected to. Additionally it can be used to reset the app's data.

 

The Settings Page on the MVP One Mobile App can be accessed by selecting the gear icon from the login page.

The "Advanced Settings" menu will then be displayed. This menu will allow you to link your app to your MVP One site, reset the app, and test your connection. 

 

 

Advanced Settings

Additional Login Features: This setting affects how Users log into the app. The default setting is to have users login through a Username and Password. Other options that can be used are Single Sign On, Face ID, and Fingerprint Login.

 

Company Name: This setting determines which site your app is linked to and must be set up before logging into the app. This field will be determined by your MVP One site URL. For example if your site's address is knowledgebase.mvpplant.com, then the Domain would be "knowledgebase."

 

Test Connection: This action will allow you to test the connection between your app and your MVP One site. Any issues with your connection will be displayed and detailed in the following menu.

 

Reset Mobile App: This action can be used to reset your MVP One Mobile App. This will reset all settings and delete all data downloaded to the device. However this will not affect any data on the main MVP One site. Please note that this will remove any of the app's pending transactions.

 

Update Settings: This action will save any changes made to the app settings. Select this action after changing the "Additional Login Features" or "Domain" settings.

 

Version: The version number of your app will be highlighted in the bottom right. This will allow you to verify that you have the most current version of the app downloaded.
