Your device registration will transfer over seamlessly. There's no need to re-register or reconfigure your settings. Simply download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. What if I am beta testing on Apple TestFlight? Thank you for testing! You have 30 days from launch to download the official Apple App Store version. You won't lose data, but please stop any running timers in TestFlight before switching to the production app. Will the old app still work and be supported? Is it set to go offline because the new app has launched? Eventually, the new app will fully replace the legacy mobile application, but there are no immediate plans at all. We anticipate it will be some time before the legacy application is decommissioned. The legacy app IS still supported in the sense that support can assist with questions regarding workflow and capability, development for the legacy application has ceased, and will not resume. We are on an enterprise system with multiple locations in different states. Does everyone have to be using the same app (new vs old)? No, any given user can use either application at any time! The one thing to keep in mind is that mobile licenses are tied to the device itself. So if a user has both applications on a singular device, that only counts as one license being consumed. We suggest utilizing the same devices with both applications in order to avoid ballooning your mobile device license consumption. If we switch to the new app, does it have to be rolled out to everyone at the same time? No, you can add users and roll it out as you see fit! We have several sites that are using a mixture of both applications at the moment, but eventually you would want to prioritize the new application. But as we mentioned above, the legacy application is not going anywhere in the immediate. What desktop CMMS modules are in the mobile app? Work orders, asset management, and inventory checkouts/returns are all included. Labor hours and instructions can be added via the mobile template for a complete maintenance workflow on the go. Does the mobile app support working offline? Yes! The app uses the same cloud network as desktop. Offline updates automatically sync when reconnected, so you can work anywhere without worrying about connectivity. Does the app support PM/PdM planning and scheduling? Yes. Planners can create and schedule work orders directly from the app. Technicians can create follow-up work orders linked to an asset ID for seamless preventive and predictive maintenance workflows. How does inventory management work? The app enables inventory barcode scanning via your device's camera for fast part checkouts and returns. You'll have full access to stock locations and quantity counts right from your mobile device. What is the implementation process? Adoptable with little to no training.
