Initial Setup

Use the following steps to perform the initial setup for your MVP One Mobile App.

1.Install the MVP One Mobile App from your device's store and open the application.

2. The app will then prompt you to enter a "Company Name." Your company name can be found in your site's URL. (For example "testing.mvpplant.com" would enter "testing").

3. Enter your Company Name and select "Continue."

4. This will open the login page of the app where you should be ready to login into your company's MVP One site. Users will enter their usual Username and Password.

 

 

Advanced Settings

If additional setup needs to be performed it can be done from the Advanced Settings page. This can be accessed by selecting the gear icon in the upper right of the login page.

 

This page can be used to setup the app to use Single Sign-On, test the connection of the app to your MVP One site, and reset the app.

 

 

Please note that if your SSO setup requires the whitelisting of URLs you will need to whitelist an additional URL for the MVP One Mobile app.
