Enterprise Local Sites that have the proper Linking Lists and Role Options enabled have the option to download PM Instructions from a remote site, to their own using the PM Global Search.

Use the following steps to download Instructions from a site's PMs:

1. Select Work.
2. Select PMs.
3. Press Action.
4. Global Search.
5. Locate and select a PM.
6. Action.
7. Download Instructions.

When selecting the Download Instructions action, the user will see a list of Instructions on the PM with a download button next to each one.

Selecting the Download action will show a popup, providing the option to rename the instruction. Renaming the instruction only affects the instruction being saved to the local site. it does not rename the instruction on the remote site.

If a user attempts to download an instruction with the same name as one already on their site, another popup will ask if the user wants to overwrite or rename. Overwrite will overwrite the instruction and rename will take the user back to the original popup.

This action will carry over:

• Instruction ID
• Description
• Instruction Text
• Pictures

Downloading an Instruction will NOT transfer/copy:

• Meter IDs
• Calibrations
• Text Readings
