The User will then be unable to view or access any Asset not in their assigned list. Please note that MVP One sites are limited to a total of 63 Asset lists that can be created and saved at one time. Creating New Asset Lists To create an Asset List use the following steps when logged in as an Admin user: Select Administration.Select Asset Lists.Select New.Select Add to add Assets to the list. Check the "All" boxes to add all of the Assets in the selected Asset Class.Select Add under Groups to add all Assets in the selected Asset Type, Cost Center, or Department. Select Save when done.
