Tools can be checked out to a WO using the MVP One Mobile app. Tools can be checked out to a WO by opening the Tool record, and then selecting the Check Out action.

 

Checking Out Tools

The main way to check out Tools is to check them out from a Work Order record.

1. Open a WO record from the main page of the mobile app.
2. Select Activities.
3. Scroll down to the bottom to the "Tools" section.
4. Select "Add Tool."
5. Enter Tool ID and Expected Return Date.
6. Select Check Out.

 

 

 

 

Another way to check out Tools is to check them out from the Tool record.

1. Select Search.
2. Enter a Tool ID in the search field.
3. Select the Tool record in the search results.
4. From the Tool record select "Check Out" in the upper right.
5. From the Check Out window select a WO ID and "Expected Return Date."
6. Select Check Out to complete the transaction.

 

 

 

 

Return Tools 

Tools can be returned from the WO record, in the same section where Tools can be checked out.

1. Open a WO record from the main page of the mobile app.
2. Select Activities.
3. Scroll down to the bottom to the "Tools" section.
4. Enter a Warehouse and Stock Location to return the Tool back to.
5. Select Return.
