To change the format of the WO ID use the following steps:
 

1. Select Administration.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Work.
4. Under Auto Generate WO ID, choose Yes (this will give you the next number in line that you set up in step 3), or Yes (Editable), (gives you the next number in line that you set up in step 3, but allows you to change it if you when creating the WO).
5. Under the Next WO section, type in the desired format of the next Work Order (WO) number(e.g. WO15-0000001). Or click inside the Next WO ID textbox and select any combination of WO, YY, or MM, from the available options to have these items always prepended to the WO ID.
6. Select Save.
