Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders can be manually generated based on replenishment or the reordering process can be done automatically.

 

In order to automatically generate Purchase Requests (PRs) or Purchase Orders (POs) use the following steps:

  1. Select Administration
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Inventory.
  4. Under Automatic Ordering select either the Purchase Request or Purchase Order option.

If set to automatic ordering the system will automatically generate all required Purchase Requests or Purchase Orders based on the replenishment information that has been set up.
