Part QR Codes can be printed from the record or list view within the Parts module. The label height, label width, and font size can be customized using the Print QR Code dropdown menu.

Please note that Admins can access the Inventory Settings page to customize what information is shown on Part QR Code labels.

To print a Part QR code label use the following steps:

1. Select Inventory.
2. Select Parts.
3. Select a Part record.
   • Multiple Part records can also be selected using the Batch Edit function. This will allow you to print multiple QR codes at once. Up to 100 QR Codes can be printed at once. 
4. Select Action.
5. Select Print QR Code.
6. Update the Label Height, Label Width, and Font Size.
7. Select Print.

A PDF File will then be generated which can be opened and printed using your PC's printing software.
