The PO Generation Log will show a list of dates and times when Purchase Orders were generated. Selecting one of these generation instances will allow users to view the Purchase Orders that were generated at a certain time. 

 

PO Generation Log

 

Selecting one of the Start Dates in the Log will open a list of the Purchase Orders that were generated at that time.

 

 

 

General

Start Date: This field indicates the date and time the PO Generation was started.

End Date:  This field indicates the date and time the PO Generation finished.

No. Generated: This shows how many POs were generated at this time.

Generated By: This shows the user who generated the POs.

PO ID: This displays the PO IDs that were generated.

Vendor ID: This displays the Vendor ID of the generated PO.

Send: This section allows a user to email or print one of the POs.

 

 

Actions

Delete: This will delete the record of the PO Generation.

Delete All: This will delete all the records of PO Generations.

Share: This will allow you to email or print one of the Generation logs.
