When on a Work Order, the Failure Modes users can select are based on the Asset Type of the Asset for the Work Order. If that Asset Type has no Failure Modes associated with it, then users cannot select any Failure Modes. Failure Modes are associated with Asset Types via the Failure Analysis page, Here you can tie specific Failure Modes to specific Asset Types. Once this is done, any Work Order for an Asset of that Asset Type will have access to the Failure Modes in the drop-down menu.
