Work Request fields are hidden or shown based on choices made within the Settings page.
 
In order to adjust this use the following steps when logged in as an Admin user:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Work.
  4. Select the fields tab.
  5. Select from the drop-down menu which field rights to assign.
  6. Click the Save button once completed.
