Verify that Users Can Receive Email Alerts

Users must have an email listed on their People record in order to receive email Alerts. 

Use the following steps to add an Email to a User's People record: 
  1. Select People.
  2. Select the appropriate People type (Maintenance, Requestor, etc).
  3. Select a People record.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Enter their email address in the "Email" field of the General tab.
  6. Select Save when done.
