An MVP login will automatically lock after 5 failed login attempts, where the user entered the incorrect password. The login can also be locked by your site's local administrator manually at any time.

When logged in as an Admin user, use the following steps to unlock a locked-out User: 

  1. Navigate to Administration > Users
  2. Select the User who you wish to unlock.
  3. Select Action in the upper right.
  4. Select Unlock.

Due to security concerns, MVP Plant Technical Support is unable to unlock a locked user. Please see one of your local site administrators for assistance.
