A Contractor ID has the ability to receive all access via Roles during the user creation process.Customers:A Customer ID, found in People > Customers, have limited access. A Customer ID on user set up is only able to request work or purchasing records, Work Requests or Work Orders, or Purchase Requests. TPM:TPM stands for Total Productive Maintenance. The concept of TPM is to adopt a comprehensive approach to equipment maintenance with the goal of achieving optimal production. TPM empowers operators to take an active role in equipment maintenance, by giving them the ability to perform and track their own maintenance work. A TPM User is only able to view Work Requests and perform certain actions on Work Orders. TPM Users do not have access to Reports.
