TPM stands for Total Productive Maintenance. The purpose of TPM is to get operators involved in maintaining their own equipment and therefore lay a foundation for improved proactive maintenance. The overall goal is to achieve zero breakdowns, defects, or accidents.

In MVP One, TPM user licenses can be used to provide Production Team Members a login to MVP One. This will allow Production Team members to complete Work Instructions and Work Orders.

TPM User Permissions Include:

• Viewing Work Requests
• Checking Off Work Instructions
• Completing Work Orders
• Can be Assigned Work Orders
• Can add Actual Labor for themselves to Work Orders
• Can be added to Work Orders as Estimated Labor
• Access to the Huddle feature on Asset records

To create a TPM People record, use the following steps:

1. People
2. TPM Users
3. New

From there the record can be filled out and saved. Employment Information and Skills can also be added to TPM Users.

Once TPM User Licenses have been added to your site, please ensure that Roles are updated to include permissions to create and edit TPM People Records. This role option would be found under Roles, General, People, TPM.

Once enabled on your role, you will be able to create TPM People Records, which is the first step in creating new TPM User Logins.
