Tool records can be accessed from the MVP One Mobile App using the Search function. After opening a Tool record various actions can be performed including Tool checkouts. 

 

 

Tool Check Out

A tool checkout can performed by selecting the Check Out action in the top right of the Tool record. 

 

This will open a second window to select the Tool checkout location. The required fields are the Charge To Type, Charge to ID, and the Expected Return Date. Complete the tool check out by selecting the Check Out action in the bottom right.

 

 

 

Location

The Location section will allow you to view where the selected Tool record is located in MVP. Both the Warehouse and Stock Location are listed. 

 

 

Attachments

The Attachments section allows users to upload new images to the selected Tool record.
