This article explains how to save Reports after setting them up. This will enable users to easily run the Report in the future.

Users can save Reports for later use and easy reference. Saved Reports will maintain all the choices the user has made on the parameter options of the Report. 

 

In order to save a Report from Reports use the following steps:

  1. Select Reporting.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Select New.
  4. Select Report Template.
  5. Edit Template.
  6. Select "Save" or "Save and Run"
  7. Enter Report ID.
  8. Select OK.

 

Once saved the Report will appear on the main page of the "Reports" section. Saved reports can also be attached to Report Schedules. 

 

In order to save a Report from My Reports use the following steps:

  1. Select the User Icon in the top right.
  2. Select My Reports (Legacy).
  3. Open the desired Report.
  4. Make any changes to the drop-downs and Select "Run."
  5. Select Save (next to the Run Report button).
  6. Enter a name for Saved Report.
  7. Select OK.
 
Once saved the Report will be available under the "Saved" section on the left hand side of the "My Reports" page. Once saved these Reports can also be attached to Report Schedules.
