This article will give a brief description of the Root Cause Analysis report and list the fields included in the report.

The Root Cause Analysis Report details the number of Failures and associated downtime and cost by Asset.

This report can be found under My Reports (Legacy)> Assets> Root Cause Analysis.

The report has the following parameter(s):

Title	The value entered will be displayed at the top of the report.
Footer	The value entered will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
Group By	The report will group the results based on the field chosen here.
Date Range	The value chosen will be used for the date range, or "Use Dates" will use the Start and End Dates.
Start Date	The value entered will be the start of the date range when using "Use Dates".
End Date	The value entered will be the end of the date range when using "Use Dates".
Asset ID	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Asset Type	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Failure Mode	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Department	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Cost Center	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Only Assets w/ Data	When set to True only Assets with Work Order information will be included in the report results.
